Mulch
Gillies Creek offers double and triple shredded mulch. Our mulch is a blend of
timber by-products derived from trees that are indigenous to Central Virginia.
From the first time it is applied, mulch begins to decompose making humus and
releasing nutrients into the soil. This blend produces a mulch that should be renewed
yearly or lightly freshened in spring or fall.
